On the Windows 8 computer, you may install the game in Windows 7 compatibility mode and check the status. What is program compatibility? I opened the disk to view the files, but no file called setup. I did set the autorun application to run in compatibility instead, and tried installing. You need to make a new folder on the desktop.

Once this is done copy all the contents of the disc and paste it in the new folder. Once this is done check for the installation or setup files in the new folder.
