Great legacy company Sr. Great work life balance; no pressure. We are now in the situation where working from home is the new normal.
This means that we can hire anyone from almost anywhere to be on any of our teams as they are all virtual now! Workplace culture was all hands in to achieve company goals. Customer service was key. Managers were always helpful and creative with ideas for success.

There was a great sense of pride, innovation, access to personal career development, and as a world wide company - diverse. We would annually get together and present technical conferences of our products and have the opportunity to socialize with our team mates from around the world.
There was great opportunity for the self-motivated individuals. I felt respected and valued by support team mates, development engineers and management. Small company with good culture, offers break room snacks and drinks, ping pong table.

I started working in IT here. I figured I would show them what I could do and work my way up the ladder. When I started, there were 94 employees and after I hadn't received a raise in my last 5 or 6 years and felt like they were building a business case to let me go, so I left. Come to find out, they were readying the company for sale.

Company was bought out by another company and they are laying everyone off and stressing out higher ups and relaying the stress onto all other employees like myself. Pros free old lunch meat once in awhile, danimals snacks if they every have snacks in stock.
Cons management, commission, stress, high comp plans, never working from home only if you total your car or need your leg amputated.

Stay away unless you need a paycheck in the short term. Long term employees across all levels are fleeing! I can't get out fast enough! Overabundance of new management and horrible decisions have everyone leaving in droves. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling for other companies.

But if the employees were to rate them, there would be no stars. Transitions aka layoffs have been ongoing, same with new CIO. Big words without vision, no collaboration or career growth, forget diversity. Bad hiring process, next to no raises, and endless hours expected from the hardest workers.
