Thats brilliant. However, Outlook is working fine, there is no problem and I am comfortable using it. I suspect the uninstallation was not complete and was not properly directed when I initiated. I like to be certain that there is no Outlook Office installed on my PC for some reasons. It is happening fast which left me less than 24 GB free space out of GB for the local drive. Also, when taking Windows updates, I saw Microsoft Office Outlook is also taking updates while I check the update history today.
